Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Perishable products such as fresh produce, dairy, and meat are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
- Products that are sold as “final sale” or “non-returnable” will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Returns
